US ready to consider lifting anti-Russia sanctions if new agreements observed
The United States is ready to consider lifting sanctions off Russia on condition that the agreements reached in Minsk are observed, US Secretary of State John Kerry said Thursday, TASS reported.
“The United States is prepared to consider rolling back sanctions on Russia when the Minsk agreements of September 2014, and now this agreement, are fully implemented,” Kerry said.
