Zhoghovurd: Russian Prosecutor General’s Office has not received Kostanyan’s letter
Zhoghovurd newspaper touched upon the February 3 report of Armenian Prosecutor General’s Office that Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanyan petitioned to Russian Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika asking to transfer to the Armenian law enforcement agencies the proceedings of the criminal case on the murder of the Avetisyan family in Gyumri.
The newspaper sent an inquiry to the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office about the fate of the letter Kostanyan had sent to Chaika. The response said the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office has not received any letter.
