Karabakh President receives OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs
Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan on Wednesday received OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Igor Popov (Russia), Pierre Andrieu (France), James Warlick (U.S.), and the officials accompanying them.
Issues related to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement and situation along the borderline were discussed during the meeting.
President Sahakyan noted that gross violations of the ceasefire regime by Azerbaijan acquired a new, more negative quality and manifestations, which represented a serious threat to the peace process, the work carried out by the mediators and the maintenance of stability in the region, adding that such a policy could not have any impact on the will and determination of the Artsakh people to build a free, independent state and strengthen its security on a continuous basis.
NKR Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan, Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk and other officials participated in the meeting, the presidential press service reported.
