Zhoghovurd: Russian Prosecutor’s Office received Gevorg Kostanyan’s petition on Feb 9
Tuesday’s report by Armenian Prosecutor General’s Office confirmed Zhoghovurd newspaper’s latest report that the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office received Armenian Prosecutor General’s petition on February 9, but the Russian side is still undecided on how to respond to the letter, Zhoghovurd daily says.
“The Office of Russian Prosecutor General has received the application by Armenia’s Prosecutor General requesting to transfer the criminal case on the Gyumri family murder to Armenian law enforcers. The application is now under consideration,” the Armenian Prosecutor General’s Office said on Tuesday.
