NKR Court of Appeal holds hearing of Azerbaijani saboteurs’ case
A hearing of the Nagorno-Karabakh Court of Appeal in the case involving Azerbaijani saboteurs Dilham Askerov and Shahbaz Guliyev took place in Stepanakert on Thursday, Artsakhpress reports.
The defendants, their lawyers Erik Beglaryan and Arkady Israelyan, and the legal successor of Smbat Tsakanyan, a murdered teen, were present.
The next hearing will take place on March 10.
On December 29, 2014, the NKR Court of General Jurisdiction had sentenced Askerov to life imprisonment, while Guliyev got 22 years in prison.
