Armenian chess players at European Championship
Armenia’s Gabriel Sargissian drew with Andrei Volokitin of Russia in Round 8 of the European Individual Chess Championship ongoing in Jerusalem. Sargissian is currently 7th with 6 points. Ukraine’s Anton Korobov is 2nd with 6 points, while Ian Nepomniachtchi is in the lead with 6.5 points.
