Hraparak: Urikhanyan to renounce parliamentary mandate
Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) spokesman Tigran Urikhanyan has made a decision to renounce his parliamentary mandate, Hraparak has learnt. The newspaper notes that his colleagues from the party demanded explanations from him yesterday and tried to persuade him to give up his decision.
Urikhanyan will announce his decision at the party’s congress today.
Also, it is rumored that there will be mass withdrawals from Prosperous Armenia today and some of Prosperous Armenia members did not deny this.
PAP member Bazmaser Arakelyan said nothing, but did not deny that he may also quit the party in the near future, the newspaper adds.
