Zhoghovurd: Several community heads leave Prosperous Armenia
After Thursday’s special congress of Prosperous Armenia Party, heads of several communities submitted applications to quit the party, Zhoghovurd reports.
In particular, besides mayors, Misha Danielyan, head of Karmirgyugh village in Gegharkunik province, has left Prosperous Armenia. He told Zhoghovurd that he is now non-partisan and does not want to join any party.
Arthur Yeghiazaryan, head of Hatsik village in Armavir province, is also leaving the party. He said that he sees no sense in staying in the party.
According to the newspaper, Aghasi Hakobyan, mayor of Sisian, is also planning to withdraw from the party in the coming days.
