Malaysia Airlines towelette discovered on Australian beach
Experts in Canberra are currently testing the Malaysia Airlines moist towelette, discovered in Western Australia, to determine where it came from, Sputnik reported.
A couple discovered a Malaysia Airlines moist towelette, coming possibly from the missing MH370 flight, on a beach in Western Australia about 200 kilometers (124 miles) north of Perth.
Kingsley and Vicki Miller found the unopened package on the Cervantes beach in July 2014. They immediately reported the discovery to the authorities.
Experts in Canberra are currently testing the towelette to determine where it came from. The small package does not have any specific features or identifiers, making it hard to link it to a specific flight.
Malaysia Airlines flight MH370, en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, vanished on March 8, 2014. Its fate and exact location remain a mystery. Search operation to locate the missing plane is still underway.
