Armenian President attends opening of Carrefour hypermarket in Yerevan Mall
Today, at the multifunctional complex Yerevan Mall, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan attended the official opening of the Armenian branch of Carrefour, a French hypermarket chain, the presidential press service reported.
The Preliminary Retail Space Agreement between Carrefour and Yerevan Mall was concluded on May 13, 2014. Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and French President Francois Hollande, who had arrived in Armenia on a state visit, also took part in the signing ceremony.
Following today’s opening of the hypermarket by Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan and Christian De Nale, Carrefour Armenia Country Manager, the Armenian President, accompanied by the guests, toured the Carrefour retail store, familiarized with the products, the pricing policy of the company and its service quality.
