Haykakan Zhamanak: Border situation is comparatively stable – Artsakh official
The situation on the border is comparatively stable and is under control, David Babayan, a spokesman for Nagorno-Karabakh President, told Haykakan Zhamanak.
He added, however, that Azerbaijani forces continue violating the ceasefire regime, shooting towards Artsakh’s military positions.
He noted that the situation was most tense over the past three days and the tension reached its peak when an Azerbaijani subversive unit tried to infiltrate the territory of Artsakh on Thursday. The enemy was thrown back with losses.
