168 Hours: Nairit to put up equipment for sale
Nairit plant plans to put up for sale not only equipment for production of acetic acid, but also equipment for production of rubber, 168 Hours reports.
In the future, when the plant will be relaunched, it need this equipment, but now, the newspaper’s sources say, the equipment will be put up for sale on the pretext of paying the wage arrears.
“Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Yervand Zakharyan gave assurances that only the equipment unfit for use in the main production process will be sold. Now, if the equipment for rubber production is also sold, it will mean that the promises to reoperate Nairit will not come true,” the newspaper notes.
