
Armenia, China hold high-level talks
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, who is paying a state visit to China, met with Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday.
According to the presidential press service, at the end of the meeting, the Armenian and Chinese leaders signed a joint declaration on further development and deepening of relations of friendly cooperation between Armenia and China.
They also signed more than a dozen documents aimed at development and strengthening of bilateral cooperation in several areas.
Prior to the meeting with the Chinese President, Serzh Sargsyan visited Beijing No.2 High School, which is one of the leading schools in the Chinese capital.
President Sargsyan toured the school and talked to the teaching staff. He also left a note in the book of honorary guests.
