Khoren Abrahamyan would be 85 today
Renowned Armenian actor and director, People's Artist of the USSR, Merited Artist of the Armenian SSR Khoren Abrahamyan would have turned 85 today.
Khoren Abrahamyan was born on April 1, 1930 in Yerevan. He studied at Yerevan Institute of Theater and Fine Arts, and graduated in 1951. Since 1951, he worked at Sundukyan State Academic Theatre of Yerevan as an actor.
Abrahamyan played in such movies as Saroyan Brothers, We and Our Mountains, The Chronicle of Yerevan Days, Hope Star and Live Long.
He died on December 10, 2004. He is buried in the Komitas Pantheon.
