Nalbandian: Cyprus made important contribution to prevention of genocides
Armenia welcomes the unanimous adoption of the law criminalizing the Armenian Genocide denial by the parliament of Cyprus on April 2, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said in a statement.
“It is a symbolic event ahead of the Armenian Genocide centennial. With the adoption of this bill, Cyprus made an important contribution to the prevention of genocides and crimes against humanity,” Nalbandian said.
