Serzh Sargsyan meets with Italian Defense Minister
The delegation led by Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met with Italian Defense Minister Roberta Pinotti Thursday morning as part of the President’s official visit to Italy.
As a Panorama.am correspondent reports, President Sargsyan and Italy’s Defense Minister discussed the expansion of cooperation within the framework of the military cooperation agreement signed between the two countries.
Later, the Armenian President and the delegation attended a video conference with the Armenian and Italian soldiers participating in the UN peacekeeping mission in Lebanon.
Further, President Sargsyan visited the Vittoriano Museum Complex and laid a wreath at the Monument to the Unknown Soldier.
