Hraparak: Ashotyan wants to be appointed NSC Secretary
ARF Dashnaktsutyun will join the coalition ahead of the constitutional reform process. The party is particularly focused on the post of Education Minister, Hraparak writes.
Therefore, during the recent months, the ARFD members either vote against or abstain during the voting on drafts introduced by Education Minister Armen Ashotyan, the newspaper notes.
If ARFD manages to get the post, then ARFD member Levon Mkrtchyan will become Education Minister for the fourth time, the newspaper says, adding that Ashotyan very much wants to be appointed as National Security Council Secretary.
