Armenian Defense Minister hosts new commander of Russian military base
Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan on Monday received the new commander of the 102nd Russian military base in Gyumri, Major General Vladimir Ustinov, the press service of Armenian Defense Ministry reports.
The Minister congratulated Ustinov on his appointment, wished him success, and assured him that Armenian-Russian strategic cooperation will develop further.
On the same day, Vladimir Ustinov was also received by Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces Colonel General Yuri Khachaturov.
