Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire along the Line of Contact with Nagorno-Karabakh about 1,200 times between 19 and 25 April, with over 20,000 shots fired towards the Armenian frontline positions from weapons of different calibers, the press service of NKR Defense Army reports.

Also, Azerbaijani forces attempted a border infiltration attack around 5:15am on April 21 in northeastern direction of the Line of Contact between the Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces (Seisulan). The Karabakh frontline forces detected the advance of the enemy’s subversive group and organized ring defense. After the fight that lasted about 15 minutes the enemy retreated, leaving blood traces and ammunition on the scene. At least one Azerbaijani serviceman was killed and some were wounded.

In addition, Azerbaijani forces tried to automatically detonate a military vehicle.

The Karabakh Defense Army suffered no losses during these incidents.

Nagorno-Karabakh frontline units keep the situation under control and confidently perform their military duty.
