Aronian to play in Grand Chess Tour
At the press conference in St. Louis, 13th World Chess Champion Garry Kasparov officially announced about the upcoming Grand Chess Tour which will consist of three traditional tournaments: Stavanger (June 15-26, 2015), St. Louis (August 21-September 3, 2015), London (December 3-14, 2015). The total price fund of the Tour is 1 million and 50 thousand dollars.
Ten top grandmasters will participate in each of these three tournaments. The names of eight of them are already known: Carlsen, Caruana, Grischuk, Topalov, Anand, Aronian, Giri and Nakamura, armchess.am reports.
