Zhoghovurd: Agreement on sale of Electric Networks of Armenia to be initialed soon
An agreement on the sale of the Electric Networks of Armenia company to the Tashir Group company of Russian- Armenian billionaire Samvel Karapetyan will be initialed during the visit of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan to Moscow on May 9-10, Zhoghovurd reports. However, the agreement will be officially announced no sooner than mid-summer.
The point is that the new owner of Electric Networks of Armenia does not want to have anything in common with the increase of electricity prices. So, the agreement will be announced after the new electricity prices come into force.
