President Sahakyan highlights international observers’ visit to Artsakh
Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan on Friday held meetings with a group of observers who arrived in Artsakh from Europe, United States and Armenia to carry out observation mission at the forthcoming May 3 parliamentary elections.
Issues related to the state building process in Artsakh, formation of democratic and civil society were discussed at the meetings.
President Sahakyan highlighted the visit of international observers to Artsakh to observe various elections, outlining that they are instrumental and demanded for the state, the President’s press office reports.
