Armenian MP: Artsakh elections were held at high level
The Artsakh parliamentary elections were held at a high level, said MP Alexander Arzumanyan, member of the Armenian parliament delegation that observed the elections.
“Yesterday we visited a number of districts and spoke to the proxies of all the parties and they did not report any violations,” Arzumanyan told reporters on Monday.
In his words, the Artsakh people participated in these elections in high spirits. “These elections were really exemplary for the other countries of the region,” he added.
