Armenian President attends signing ceremony of U.S.-Armenia Trade and Investment Framework Agreement
As part of his working visit to the United States, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan on Thursday attended the signing ceremony of the U.S.-Armenia Trade and Investment Framework Agreement (TIFA), the President’s press office reports.
Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and Assistant US Trade Representative Daniel Mullaney signed the agreement in Washington.
Further, Serzh Sargsyan met with representatives of the Armenian community, during which he made a speech and answered the questions of those present.
On Thursday evening, President Sargsyan met with representatives of ARF Eastern Region Central Committee and Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA). They discussed issues surrounding Armenia’s domestic concerns and foreign policy.
