Hovik Abrahamyan attends Triple Holiday celebrations in Stepanakert
The delegation led by Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan on Saturday in Artsakh’s capital Stepanakert attended the celebrations marking the 70th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War, the Day of the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army and the Liberation of Shoushi, the Armenian government’s press service reports.
The participants marched from Revival Square to the Stepanakert Memorial, where they laid flowers and wreaths at the monument to the soldiers who fell in the Great Patriotic War and during the liberation of Shoushi.
A military march was held at the city memorial to the accompaniment of the military orchestra.
Also, Mr Abrahamyan visited the cemetery of the soldiers who fell in the Karabakh war, laid flowers on their graves, and paid tribute to their memory.
