International conference ‘Digital Diplomacy: Prospects and Challenges’ opens in Yerevan
Yerevan is hosting international conference “Digital Diplomacy: Prospects and Challenges.” The conference has been organized by the Diplomatic School of Armenia with the assistance of the European Union.
Director of Diplomatic School Vahe Gabrielyan said in his opening remarks that the aim of the event is to boost discussions on digital diplomacy. He noted that five years after the school’s establishment its graduates already make part of the country’s diplomatic corps.
The two-day conference has brought together over 70 participants from about 25 countries – representatives of educational institutions, foreign ministries, ambassadors and diplomats.
