Nairit workers continue sit-in protest
The employees of Nairit Plant, who are holding a sit-in protest near the Government Building, spent the night in the open air, under the rain.
They are demanding to pay their salary arrears and resume the plant’s operation. “Our demands remain the same: the employees of Nairit are demanding to pay their salary arrears and resume the operation of the huge plant,” Nairit spokeswoman Anush Harutyunyan told Panorama.am on Thursday.
According to the participants of the sit-in protest, no government official has approached them so far.
