We will not allow anyone to enrich himself at expense of people – RPA faction head
Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) head Robert Nazaryan asked to give him time to study the bid on increasing the electricity prices in Armenia, head of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) parliamentary faction Vahram Baghdasaryan stated in parliament on Monday.
“Today I spoke to PSRC chairman Robert Nazaryan and he asked me to give him time to study the 4,000-page bid in order to be able to answer your questions,” Baghdasaryan said.
Leader of Prosperous Armenia Naira Zohrabyan said earlier today that non-government factions of Armenian National Assembly intend to conduct hearings on the electricity price increase.
Baghdasaryan urged the representatives of the non-government factions to refrain from escalating the situation.
“This is our common problem and we will not allow anyone to enrich himself at the expense of the people. We all will be consistent,” he stressed.
