Armenia to host CIBJO congress in 2016
Armenia will host the annual congress of the World Jewellery Confederation (CIBJO) next year, Nika Manukova, Project Director of Meridian free economic zone, told reporters on Monday.
This decision was adopted during the CIBJO congress in Brazil on May 4-6.
According to Ms Manukova, the CIBJO congress will give Armenia a good opportunity to present its potential in jewellery. Master classes, special courses and jewellery trade shows will be organized within the framework of the congress.
The Armenian government and the Armenian Jewellers Association (AJA) will be the host side.
