Ashot Ghulyan reelected as Nagorno-Karabakh Parliament Speaker
Ashot Ghulyan has been reelected as Speaker of Nagorno-Karabakh National Assembly, Anush Ghavalyan, head of the National Assembly press service, told Panorama.am.
The newly elected National Assembly held its first session on Thursday. ARFD MP Vahram Balayan was elected Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly.
Artsakh Republic President attended the parliament session and delivered an address.
"Expectations from the newly-elected parliament first of all concern its lawmaking activity. We hope that a new impetus will be given to law elaboration process, taking into consideration the experience of developed countries and the peculiarities of our republic," Bako Sahakyan noted specifically.
