Venice Commission experts impressed by draft constitutional reforms of Armenia
Members of the Venice Commission were in general impressed by the draft constitutional reforms of Armenia, Gagik Harutyunyan, President of the Constitutional Court of Armenia, Head of the Specialized Commission on Constitutional Reforms, told reporters on Friday.
At the same time, he said, the experts presented some reservations regarding the first three chapters of the draft. For instance, Harutyunyan said, the Venice Commission experts proposed including more rights in the list of restrictions during the state of martial law.
