Haykakan Zhamanak: Referendum on constitutional reforms to be held this autumn
The referendum on constitutional reforms will be moved to the end of this autumn from the spring of next year, Haykakan Zhamanak reports. This, at least, is what the individuals who are informed of the constitutional reform process and participate in it claim.
The text of the amendments is expected to be submitted to the National Assembly at the beginning of autumn. Although those who are involved in the process note that the key issues have already been agreed on, some forces still believe that there will be a second option of amendments as well. The head of the Specialized Commission, however, ruled this out last week.
