Serzh Sargsyan visits construction site of Jermuk Group’s new plant
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan on Friday visited the construction site of a new plant of Jermuk Group Company in Jermuk city of Vayots Dzor province.
The company’s officials noted that after Armenia’s joining the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU), the demand for the company’s products increased, but the plant’s production capacity was not sufficient to meet the export demand. So, it was decided to build a new plant equipped with modern technologies.
According to Panorama.am’s correspondent, it was noted that the construction work started in April of this year and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of next year.
