Haykakan Zhamanak: ENA exaggerates spending
The Public Services Regulatory Commission analyzed the investment program of Electric Networks of Armenia and came to the conclusion that the company exaggerated its spending, Haykakan Zhamanak reports.
According to the conclusion, the monitoring of market prices of the products the company bought indicates that the equipment purchase prices are on average 20 percent higher than the market prices. The service prices are 14 percent higher. Cables and other goods top the market prices by 30-40 percent.
The Commission says, however, that this situation is merely a result of an incorrect organization of work.
