New kindergarten opens in Artsakh’s Chartar
Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan on Monday attended the opening of a new kindergarten in the town of Chartar, the President’s press office reports.
Mr Sahakyan highlighted the expansion of pre-school education network in different regions of the republic, underlining that the issue will remain in the spotlight of the authorities’ attention.
President Sahakyan expressed his gratitude to philanthropist Vladimir Avagyan for the implementation of the project.
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan and the republic's high-ranking officials also attended the event.
