Armenian President offers condolences to Chinese counterpart
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan on Wednesday sent a condolence message to Chinese President Xi Jinping in connection with the sinking of a Chinese cruise ship on Yangtze River which claimed many human lives.
“On behalf of the Armenian people and personally myself, I express deep condolences to you and the friendly people of China.
Sharing your grief, I wish tenacity and strength of spirit to the families of the victims and the people of China.
I am confident that the efforts by the PRC government will contribute to saving as many human lives as possible,” the message said.
