Vorotan Hydro Cascade sale deal signed
The amended agreement on the sale of Vorotan Hydro Cascade was signed at the Armenian government on Monday, the press service of Armenian government reports.
The agreement was signed by Armenian Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Yervand Zakharyan, Vorotan Hydropower Complex Director General Sasun Khachatryan, authorized representative of Contour Global Hydrocascade and Contour Global Terra Holdings companies, CG Solutions Global Holding Company CEO Joseph Brandt.
Prior to the signing ceremony, Hovik Abrahamyan received CG Solutions Global Holding Company CEO Joseph Brandt. Mr Abrahamyan hailed the signing of the deal as an important step towards strengthening of bilateral economic relations.
Joseph Brandt said that the signing of the agreement is unprecedented and stressed that the company is interested in making large-scale investments for the modernization and full operation of the Vorotan Hydropower Complex.
