Hraparak: Electric Networks of Armenia may be acquired by Russian-Armenian oligarch
A Russian-Armenian oligarch was urged to acquire Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) Company so that the company would not be nationalized in case of some event or other as ENA has an extremely large package of credit liabilities, ‘Hraparak writes.
Although that deal is by no means profitable, nevertheless the sides already reached an agreement and at the request of the potential buyer whose name is not released, a famous international organization will conduct an audit at ENA to ascertain the real situation and the price of the ‘commodity’, the paper notes.
