Zhamanak: ENA debt is result of law violation by PSRC
‘Zhamanak’ paper writes about a deal between Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) and Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) Company, under which a change was made on March 20 to the agreement between PSRC and ENA about electricity supply, after which PSRC transferred money for electricity spent not to a special deposit account, but to a free account whose funds ENA could spend at its discretion.
ENA’s debt of 37 billion drams has accumulated due to the violation of law committed by PSRC, the paper says.
