Hovik Abrahamyan: Armenian government is open to all reasonable proposals and programs
Prior to the government session today on July 2, Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan discussed the results of the June 30 forum “Economic Agenda”.
He said the economic challenges and the steps to deal with existing problems in the short-run and long-run were discussed with members of the business community and NGOs.
“During the forum we heard emotional speeches, constructive criticism and specific proposals. I want to repeat the statement I made at the forum: our doors are open to all reasonable proposals and programs. Any proposal to promote our joint work will be highly appreciated. Armenia needs joint efforts and joint work of all interested and healthy forces. The forum demonstrated that necessity,” the premier said.
He stressed the need to continue such discussions in a different format, involving experts. “I instruct all the ministers to organize such discussions, and Ministry of Economy shall assist with discussion holding,” PM said.
