Vladimir Gasparyan holds working meeting with senior personnel of Armenian Traffic Police
Armenian Police Chief Lt Gen Vladimir Gasparyan conducted yesterday, on July 2 a working meeting with the senior personnel of the Traffic Police, the press service of Armenian police reports.
V. Gasparyan announced that Traffic Police Chief Artak Harutyunyan was transferred to the reserve. He appreciated the considerable work A. Harutyunyan has done to reform the sub-units and thanked him for his service.
When presenting the newly-appointed Chief of Traffic Police, Col Armen Hakobyan, V. Gasparyan discussed the problems whose solution is topical for carrying out the reforms and modernizing the units.
The Armenian police chief also spoke about a number of programs aimed at bringing the work of the Armenian Traffic Police into line with modern requirements.
At the conclusion V. Gasparyan gave instructions regarding the further organization of reforms.
