Fire risk remains high in Ararat Valley and Synuk province of Armenia
The risk for wildfires remains high in Ararat Valley and Syunik province of Armenia, according to the weather service of Armenian Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected in evening and early night hours in most regions of Armenia on July 8 and 11 and in northern regions on July 9.10 and 12. Southwest winds will be around 5-10 meters per second, with gusts up to 15-20 mps during a thunderstorm.
Temperatures will not change on July 8, but are expected to rise by 3-4 degrees on July 9-10 and drop on July 12.
