Bako Sahakyan impressed by meetings in Great Britain
On 9 July Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan partook in a dinner party organized by the British Armenian Community and held at the London’s Goldsmiths’ Hall, according to the press service of President of Artsakh.
In his speech the President briefly presented the goals of the Artsakh delegation’s visit to Great Britain, summed up its results and answered the questions of the attendees.
According to Bako Sahakyan, meetings with the Armenian community and representatives of different structures of the United Kingdom were very impressive. The President expressed confidence that they would give a new impetus and quality to strengthening relations between Artsakh and Great Britain.
The Head of the State expressed gratitude to all the friends of Artsakh for their position, principle stand, humanity and active support, wishing them successes and all the best.
Primate of the British Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Bishop Hovakim Manoukyan, parliamentarians, public and political figures, other high-ranking officials were present at the meeting.
