I cordially congratulate you and the friendly people of France on the occasion of the National Holiday and I wish your country further progress, prosperity, and constant strengthening of its international positions.
I reaffirm my personal commitment to the century-long Armenian-French friendship and the privileged relations between our countries.
I express satisfaction over the high level political dialog between Armenia and France, and our regular meetings in recent period are a bright manifestation of it.
Your participation in the April 24 commemorative ceremony in Yerevan on the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide deserves high appreciation and it highlighted once again the commitment of your country and You to universal values, in particular the international struggle aimed at preventing the gravest crime committed against humanity.
Armenia attaches great importance to involvement of France in a peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and highly appreciates the consistent efforts of the Co-chairs towards peace and stability in our region.
I am confident that with joint efforts, we will continue strengthening and deepening the ties between Armenia and France in both bilateral and multilateral formats – for the benefit of our peoples.
Please accept, Your Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration”.
