Prime minister of Armenia gives instructions to reschedule night flights to daytime for convenience of passengers
At the weekly government session today Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan instructed Economy Minister Karen Chshmarityan, Chairman of State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) Artak Shaboyan, and Head of Armenia’s General Department of Civil Aviation Artyom Movsisyan to conduct research in the air transport market.
The premier underlined the necessity to study prices, flight destinations, and flight times and to hold negotiations with the airlines operating night flights so that night flights could be rescheduled to daytime for passengers’ convenience.
The officials were instructed to submit proposals after the studies.
