Mining industry is a key branch of NKR economy, President Bako Sahakyan says
President of Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited the Kashen mining complex to familiarize himself with the work done there, the press service of NKR president said.
The state pays great attention to the development of the mining industry which he said is one of the key branches of Artsakh’s economy.
On the same day Bako Sahakyan traveled to agricultural grounds in Askeran region to see modern irrigation methods used there.
He said the authorities will continue attaching importance to the use of advanced experience in agriculture.
Bako Sahakyan was accompanied by Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan, other officials.
