Armenian banks provide loans of $41.3m in a week
$79,665,853 was bought at the average rate of 477.81 drams per dollar and $90,561,059 was sold at the average exchange rate of 479.17 drams per dollar in the intra-bank currency market of Armenia on July 13-18. Purchase and sale transactions of $7,500,000 at the average exchange rate of 479.80 drams per dollar were carried out on the stock exchange NASDAQ OMX Armenia over the indicated period.
Transactions of $2,600,000 at the average rate of 479.70 drams per dollar were carried out in the interbank market Armenia, according to the press service of Central Bank of Armenia. On July 6-12 the loans provided by Armenian banks amounted to 29.4bn drams and $41.3 million.
