Several injured in Gegharkunik crash involving judge and actress
An investigation is underway into a crash that occurred in Armenia’s Gegharkunik province on July 18, according to the press service of Investigative Committee of Armenia.
Around 5:30 pm on July 18, 2015, a Hyundai Elantra driven by A. Yeranyan of the city of Yerevan crashed into a Mercedes Benz of G. Poghosyan, a Yerevan judge, at 73.6 km of Yerevan-Ijevan highway.
As a result, the drivers and passengers of both cars suffered injuries and were admitted to Sevan hospital and later sought medical attention in hospitals of Yerevan.
The Sevan investigative unit is conducting an investigation into the case. Forensic examinations will be done.
