Zhoghovurd: GDCA chief grows rich
Artyom Movsisyan, the chief of Armenia’s General Department of Civil Aviation (GDCA), is growing rich amid a decline in the civil aviation sector of the country, ‘Zhoghovurd’ paper writes.
The paper learned that A. Movsisyan opened a restaurant. His name is linked to Tishina Restaurant on Shirvanzade Street in Yerevan. He is also an official importer of Skoda cars. Yet Movsisyan says that all that property is owned by his brother.
The paper attempted to learn the secret of Movsisyan’s success, but the latter became outraged by the question and replied: “I don’t respond to questions of a personal nature. I should address questions related to work to our spokesman. Don’t disturb me: I am participating in a consultation”.
