Haykakan Zhamanak: Parliament to hold hearings on Nairit Plant issue
‘Haykakan Zhamanak’ learned that Armenian parliament is going to hold a hearing on the issue of Nairit chemical plant. According to the paper’s sources, Energy Minister Yervand Zakharyan will attend the hearings. It is noteworthy that hearings are organized despite the fact that the parliament is now in recess. Yervand Zakharyan announced the day before that back wages of the plant workers will be paid within 1-2 days.
The paper reminds readers that plant workers said that unless they receive their back wages until the end of July, they will stage a protest outside the government on July 30.
